NOTICE OF 2025/2026 POST UTME SCREENING EXERCISE INTO ND/HND NURSING PROGRAMME AT FCT COLLEGE OF NURSING SCIENCES, GWAGWALADA, ABUJA

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the Post-UTME screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session. Interested candidates are to complete the application form online and thereafter make a non-refundable payment of N2,200 through the Remita gateway on the application portal.

1. REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum UTME Score: Candidates must have scored a minimum of 170 in the 2025 UTME conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and selected the FCT College of Nursing Sciences, Gwagwalada, Abuja, as their first choice.

• O’ Level Requirement: Applicants must possess at least five 5-credit passes including English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology in not more than two sittings in O’ Level examinations conducted by WAEC, NECO or NABTEB. - O’ Level Certificate Combination: WAEC-WAEC, WAEC-NECO, NECO-NECO and NABTEB-NABTEB.

• Age Requirement: Candidates must have reached the age of 16 years or above at the time of application. This is mandatory requirement for all prospective students.

2. METHOD OF APPLICATION

2.1 STEP 1 - SIGN UP

1. Go to https://consap.fcthhss.abj.gov.ng

2. Read the instructions carefully

3. Click the checkbox that says: "I have read and understood the instructions".

4. Enter your JAMB Number and click "Validate JAMB Details". If your JAMB Number is correct, it should pull up your JAMB registration details.

5. Next, click on the "Continue To Account Details" button.

6. Enter your valid email, phone number and create a password then click next.

7. Next, review your information then click the "Confirm And Create Account" button.

8. You will receive an email confirming your email and password.

2.2 STEP 2 – APPLICATION

1. Login with your email and password

2. Once logged in, click "Apply Now" or "My Application"

3. Fill the application form and proceed to payment

2.3 STEP 3 – PAYMENT

1. After completing your form, click on "Proceed To Payment"

2. Next, click on "Generate RRR".

3. You can click on "Pay Online" to complete the payment online or you can copy the RRR generated and proceed to bank to complete the payment.

4. After successfully making the payment, return to the portal and click on "Verify Payment".

5. Once your payment is verified, your exam slip will be automatically generated.

6. Download and print your Exam Slip which contains your exam details including your exam date and time.

3. EXAMINATION

Screening test will hold on the 6th, 7th and 8th October 2025. Candidates should endeavor to print the registration slip which carries their examination Date and Time.

FCT College of Nursing Sciences, Gwagwalada, located within University of Abuja Teaching Hospital (UATH) popularly known as Specialist Hospital
